We want you to love your song! You have a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of download.
Refund or exchange possible if:
- The song is defective or unreadable
- It was not delivered
- It does not match your description
- Or you are simply not satisfied (we will review your request with understanding)
In case of an exchange, we will create a new song for you based on your feedback.

We will respond quickly (usually within 1 to 2 days) and process your refund or exchange.
Corrupted files
Contact us immediately — we will send you a replacement file or prioritize your request.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your order within 14 days without providing a reason.
We will then refund you the full amount.
Refund
If your request is approved, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method (e.g., PayPal) within 10 business days.
